Freshly made soups, served with French baguette and butter, including:

  • Cream of wild mushroom soup and crusty bread and butter
  • Roasted carrot soup with pancetta croutons and crusty bread and butter
  • Freshly made lobster bisque with crusty bread and butter
  • Thai marinated king prawn salad with a mayonnaise and avocado salsa

Mains

  • Roasted lamb rump with dauphinoise potatoes, wilted greens and thyme jus (served medium)
  • Belly of pork with celeriac mash and homemade apple jus
  • Roast duck breast with homemade plum sauce, creamed mash and thyme potatoes
  • Pan fried John Dory with chilli, ginger and shallot noodles
  • Thai chicken breast with coconut rice, pak choi and green beans
  • Pan fried halibut with crushed potatoes, wilted spinach and a dill sauce
  • 8oz fillet of beef with roasted vine tomatoes, field musrooms, homemade chips and a black peppercorn sauce (served medium/rare)
  • Roast sirloin of beef with roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, carrot and swede mash and homemade jus
  • Penne pasta with homemade tomato and basil sauce, mozzarella and roasted cherry tomatoes

  • Rhubarb and bramley apple crumble with warm custard
